At Howard’s Way, we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our visitors to our website.

In particular, we want you to know that we are not in the business of selling, renting or trading email lists with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes.

We do not store personal information about any of our customers anywhere online and all personal information is destroyed at the end of your stay with us.

We collect personal information about you (and others if their personal information is provided by you) when you make or manage a booking either personally or as a guest of another guest.

Personal information provided by third parties

We may receive information about you from other sources (such as room booking websites), which we will add to the information we already hold about you, in order to help us provide our products and services in accordance with your requirements, and to ensure that the quality of data we have is maintained properly.


For your security some of our public areas are covered by CCTV.  These images are stored on a separate offline server and is not kept for longer than legally allowed.


When you use Howard’s Way WIFI we do not collect and store any personal data.

Your rights

You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold.  If at any time you would like to see that information please contact Roy on 01700 502006, to arrange a convenient time.


When someone visits we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
